Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated Delivery: We aim to deliver your orders within 1 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are not shipped on Fridays. Any orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, please email us at scentmaticeg@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

  • Provide detailed information and attach a clear picture of the damaged product.

  • Replacements: Replacements will only be issued if a clear picture of the damage is provided.

 

Wrong Fragrance

  • In the event that you receive the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

  • Email us at scentmaticeg@hotmail.com with details and a picture of the product received.

 

Shipping Fees

  • All shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error in the shipment or the goods arrived damaged.

 

Lost or Stolen Shipments

  • Scentmatic is not responsible for shipments claimed to be lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • If you believe your shipment has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Orders are not returnable. Our niche and designer fragrance samples are 100% guaranteed by Scentmatic to be genuine and authentic perfumes, hand decanted from the original manufacturer's bottle.

  • We cannot guarantee products once they have been opened or used, and therefore, we do not accept returns.

 

Refund Requests

  • To request a refund for eligible items, please contact our Customer Support Team at scentmaticeg@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the refund request.

  • Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide instructions for returning items if necessary.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive the returned items.

 

Transaction Posting
