Shipping Schedule: Orders are not shipped on Fridays. Any orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Damaged Products

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error in the shipment or the goods arrived damaged.
Lost or Stolen Shipments

Scentmatic is not responsible for shipments claimed to be lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.

Orders are not returnable. Our niche and designer fragrance samples are 100% guaranteed by Scentmatic to be genuine and authentic perfumes, hand decanted from the original manufacturer's bottle.

We cannot guarantee products once they have been opened or used, and therefore, we do not accept returns.
Refund Requests
